perfect spot for exploring kuta's vibrant attractions and beaches

the location is fantastic, just a short walk away from tuban beach and the lively lippo mall made grabbing food and last-minute shopping super convenient.

The weather was lovely, had PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay in my holidays. When I checked in, double room with balcony was ready. Amazing central location near to south kuta beach, so perfect for overnight in transit, and the center of Kuta.

Large beds, climate control, TV set and a mini bar fridge in the room. Perfectly clean private bathroom. Unbeatable and amazing location close to the center, and 15 minute walk from a lively water park.

Wifi non-existent!!! TV and phone not functional!!! Pool chlorine levels caused skin irritation!!! The state of the rooms far from the online photos!!! A good bleach and paint wouldn't go amiss!!!

Room cleanliness left much to be desired. Reports of mold on ceilings and walls, teared linens, and inconsistent water temperature were common. The pool area showed signs of neglect with broken decking, cracked tiles, and limited towels .

amazing staff

Great Budget Accommodation

I was a bit hesitant at first but room 306 was clean and had fantastic air con that chilled the place fast. The staff, well, they were amazing always smiling, even joking around.

It wasn't cheap but acceptable for the service and amenities provided.

The staff were super friendly, and we loved the location. We easily walked to the beach and visited the nearby shopping mall for food and groceries. The pool was a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring.

The bathroom cleanliness wasn't great, and there was some hair on the tiles when we arrived, a bit off-putting.

The location is fantastic, close to Lippo Mall and the beach. The pool is excellent, with a depth of 2 meters, perfect for those wanting to swim. The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, and the room could benefit from some maintenance. Breakfast had a nice variety, but housekeeping could improve their service consistency.
